Description of Class: Prenatal yoga for all trimesters of pregnancy. This is a slow moving class that is appropriate for all levels, including beginners. In addition to engaging in intelligent movement and breath for pregnant bodies, we will also explore practices for birth preparation, pelvic floor exercises, and guided relaxation/meditation. Class is a combination of active and restorative poses.
About Liz Schindler: Liz is a local yoga teacher and mother of two wild toddlers. She trained in classical yoga with Dharma Mittra, prenatal yoga with Mia Borgata, and kids yoga with Asana Alphabet. Her teaching is informed by her long term personal practice before, during, and after pregnancy and childbirth.
