Saturdays, 8:30-9:30am starting July 7th.
This gentle flow class will move you through an easeful practice to invite you into your morning. We will focus on softening and breathing through poses; finding space, length, and intelligent strength throughout practice. This class is open to all levels and will be a slower Vinyasa class with elements of Hatha and Katonah yoga. This class will flow and change with the seasons because your yoga practice, like your food and your closet, is a seasonal practice.
About our teacher:
Evelyn Horan is a yoga teacher and professional musician with a passion for connecting and caring for our Earth through these practices and in her everyday life. After finding yoga through a music professor in college and experiencing the incredible changes and effects, Evelynhas devoted herself to learning and sharing this practice in every way that she can.
